Card Payment Failed / Declined

 

  • Please make sure that your card is 3D secure enabled. Most cards are already enabled, or if not, you will be directed during the checkout. You need to have a credit or debit card with either Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode or Amex SafeKey. Please contact your bank or card issuer if you don't think your card has this feature enabled.

  • Please make sure that the details that you have entered are correct. E.g Billing address, Card Holder, Card number, Valid to Date & security code.
  • Please make sure that you have sufficient funds available on your card. Please allow for any additional charges that your card provider may apply for an international transaction.
